Hi, I’m Sandi Gay (recently married), and I’m honored to serve as the Operations Director at Savannah Oaks Academy. With over seven years of experience in school operations and administration, I’m passionate about creating a seamless and supportive environment where students and teachers can thrive.

Shaday Smith
Hi, I’m Shaday Smith, and I’m honored to serve as the Dean of Student Success at Savannah Oaks Academy. With over nine years of experience in education, my passion has always been helping students thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Middle School Flex Coordinator
Chaise Williams
Hi! I’m Chaise Williams, and I’m excited to step into the role of Flex Coordinator for First Year. For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working at the Boys and Girls Club, where I helped create a supportive and engaging environment for young people. My passion for youth development drives me, and I love building programs that inspire and empower.
In this new role, I’m looking forward to bringing flexibility and adaptability to our work while collaborating with all of you to create meaningful experiences. I’m an active listener and problem solver, always seeking ways to improve and innovate. I believe in lifelong learning and strive to make a positive impact in every interaction.
Outside of work, I enjoy community service, traveling, and exploring new hobbies that broaden my perspective. I’m eager to bring my experience and enthusiasm to this position and can’t wait to get started!
